Laura and Brent were married at the New Town Chapel on October 10th, 2009. What style and grace these two have! Laura’s dress was perfection as she walked down the aisle towards Brent, who was grinning from ear to ear. They greeted their guests from the churches balcony, waving hello and throwing kisses! Then they were whisked away to Forest Park in a beautiful vintage white Rolls Royce! I had an opportunity to capture the wedding party during the beautiful sunset before the cocktail reception began at Forest Park’s Visitor Center. There were lots of stories told, people remembered, laughing and dancing with friends and family! The last shot is one of my favorites. At the end of the night it was just the two of them kissing under a lamp post. They were finally together as husband and wife. It was lovely fairy tale ending. Laura and Brent, I wish you all the best!

I also want to note that I had the pleasure of having Katherine Corea as my assistant for the day.
Edg Clif Farms and Vineyard is a place you’ll never forget. With beautiful vistas and rolling hills, this breathtaking family farm is the perfect location for your destination wedding! Maggie and Steve were married at sunset on August 29th. They treated their guest to a weekend filled with a rustic, midwest flavor that had so many lovely details. Everyone had a fun, care free attitude that matched the beautiful decor. After the ceremony, the couple arrived to their cocktail hour on a John Deere tractor! There was great dancing and even fireworks! Maggie really gave her Boston friends a feel for what good Midwest hospitality is all about. Congratulations you two!

Mary Katherine and Andy were married July 25th, 2009 at the always beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens. They were such a fun, down to earth couple. I really got a sense just how much they love each other! They both could not stop smiling! They had a terrific time dancing, laughing and enjoying the party with all their friends and family. They danced the night away in their “wedding tennies”! Mary Katherine is the 7th grade teacher we all wished we had! And Andy is the sweet, charming man she is lucky to have. I wish them all the best!

I also want to note that I had the pleasure of having Maureen Tennant as my assistant for the day. She got some great shot’s and the Groom and Bridesmaids jumped for her! Thank you Maureen.

Karin + Nick are an amazing couple! They were married June 13th,2009 and the wedding was held at The Gathering United Methodist Church. The beautiful handcrafted cross that hung before the couple was made by Nick and his brother, Rev. Matt Miofsky! There were so many unique details when I arrived at the Worlds Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. Catering Saint Louis really put on a show! www.cateringstlouis.com. The smiles and dancing really made my night so much fun! It was such a pleasure documenting their wedding day and their love for each other! Congrats!

Andrea+Ryan were married August 1st in Our Lady of Lordes. It was a beautiful wedding with a breathtakingly beautiful bride. Andrea started her day off with a bang, having had the whole family get involved with the intricate task of getting her into her gown. With her fathers help, her classic look came to life. The reception was held on the grounds of the Henery Dependahl Farmstead. There was a outdoor cocktail party and then the reception was held in two large wedding tents on the property. Andrea and Ryan wanted to throw a unforgettable party, which was evident when I walked up the drive. The venue screamed color and fun! The party never stopped, the traditional Lebenanese dance was so much fun and the atmosphere was full of energy. And as the party approached midnight, Kobe beef burgers and IMOS pizza was served! Here are my favorite moments from Andrea + Ryan’s big day!
