Kylie and Cole were beaming as they entered . This was an opportunity for Cole’s parents to host a celebration to include their large, party-loving extended families.

The Thaxton, one of the most unique downtown St. Louis venues I have even been to,  is an Art Deco masterpiece.

The A was a tasteful tribute to the couple’s last name.

Artist Terry Walthall created all of the paintings in the space which truly compliment the architectdure and enhance the Art Deco ambiance.  Hat’s off to Terry, shown below.

There were raves about the tasty food choices as well.  Butler’s Pantry created some very unique treats that Kylie and Cole requested–the Mac ‘n Cheese was outstanding!

Kim Pitliangas who owns and manages the event space with Peter Venesia  proudly tells of her artist father Mark Pitliangas who has created all of the art glass, stone and tile in the space.  Originally the building was Eastman Kodak’s Corporate building in St. Louis.
